Orders and payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, etc., based on your Shopify configuration].

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?

Between 2 and 5 business days for products shipped from the U.S., and between 5 and 10 business days for products shipped from abroad. You can see the origin of each product on its product page. More details in our Shipping Policy.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, in addition to the United States we ship to a selection of countries including the United Kingdom, several European Union countries, Canada, and Mexico. Note that import duties may apply depending on your country (see Shipping Policy).

How do I track my order?

You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as we ship your order.

Returns and exchanges

How long do I have to return a product?

14 days from receipt of the order. For orders outside the United States, returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. More details in our Refund Policy.

Who pays for return shipping?

For orders within the U.S., we'll send you a free shipping label once your return is approved. For international orders, this is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Can I exchange for a different size or color?

We don't currently offer direct exchanges: return the original item and place a new order for the item you'd prefer.

How do I choose the right size?

Do the colors look exactly like in the photos?

We do our best to represent colors accurately, but slight variations may occur depending on your device's screen.
