At Lane & Aston, we strive for absolute perfection in craftsmanship and fit. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process under the terms outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility & Window

Timeframe: You may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days from the date your order was delivered (according to carrier tracking details).

Garment Condition: To be eligible for a refund or store credit, items must be returned in their original, unused state:

Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

All original tags, anti-tampering seals, and packaging must remain fully intact.

Free of any perfume, odors, or marks.

Non-Returnable Items: Bespoke, custom-tailored items, or final sale items are non-refundable unless a manufacturing defect is present.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Contact our client service team at returns@laneaston.com with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will review your request and issue an official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with shipping instructions.

Packages returned without prior RMA authorization will not be processed.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged item or the wrong size/style due to our error, Lane & Aston will provide a prepaid return label and cover all courier fees.

Standard Returns / Size Exchanges: For voluntary returns or size exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees back to our warehouse. We recommend using a trackable service (such as DHL or FedEx), as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit.

4. Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected by our quality assurance team, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: Refunds are credited automatically to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Deductions: Original shipping charges, as well as non-refundable import duties or taxes paid upon initial delivery, are non-refundable.
